We manufacture composite films by means of blown extrusion. Our up-to-date extrusion lines supplied by DOLCHI Extrusion SLR and KIEFEL Extrusion GmbH make it possible to achieve optimal technological and service properties of products. Precise batching systems installed on these lines give an opportunity to manufacture products of the highest quality. Use of raw materials supplied by the world’s leading manufacturers Dow, Exxon Mobil, Borealis and introduction of modifiers enable the following features of polyethylene film: high breaking and tensile strength, high puncture resistance, temperature resistance of up to 160 ºC, generous seam, etc.

Our capabilities:

  • Tubular, center fold and flat films width up to 2100 mm;
  • Thickness range 40 μm to 180 μm;
  • Gage interference no more than 5%;
  • Patented extrusion dies have yielded production of film with optimal distribution of layers, each fulfilling its function;
  • We manufacture several types of films including films for FIBCs’ inside liners: standard films and films with high strength and thermal resistance up to 160 ºC. They meet all the requirements of our Customers.
